The police decide not to pursue the matter.The disgruntled shop manager then refuses to co-operate with an anti-glue sniffing campaign organized by the same police and allows a local youth to purchase a large amount of solvent. A few hours later, PC Danny Sparks discovers the dead body of the boy in a derelict house.
