In one of the major eastern cities that money was not reaching the education authorities resulting in poor conditions, overcrowded classrooms, underpaid instructors, a shortage of qualified teachers and juvenile delinquency. Paul Marino wants to know where the money going and who is the local bigwig responsible for misappropriation of funds meant for school projects.
