A male caller starts phoning into the show and harassing the doctor. When the calls start including threats of violence, she goes to police for help. Hammer and Doreau are assigned to investigate the case. They decide to arrange a trap with Hammer staying at the doctor's apartment, while the women stay at his apartment.
