Charlie's suspicions about Kirtsen's new academic adviser Ben are scolded as 'mistrusting jealousy' even after they turn out to be correct and he resists temptation when a new waitress asks for a ride home. Artie gets the lead in 'Oliver!' which eternal understudy Claudia expected to be hers when the regular actor gets the 'flu; she acts like a jealous shrew and overdoes remorse when he ends up sick too as a result. Justin Thompson resents having to do driving school with Julia, who can't handle the instructor.
