Drug baron Esteban Magdalena is responsible for the latest deed in a long campaign of terror - the murder of Judge Juan Silvero - hoping that the Colombian government will be so intimidated by his massive rule of terror that they will hand over power. Hiding away in his Colombian high security mansion, Magdalena has long been wanted in several different countries, among them the United States, for his extensive drug trafficking around the world.
