Imogen makes a move on Erik, and although he rejects her, John sees the two kissing. Nikos continues to refuse Erik's suggestion that he recant his confession to Captain Krasakis, while Ann dismisses Erik's idea that she confess to shooting Donald Culley, preferring to keep their bargain that she wait for Culley's replacement to approach her. Nestor avoids a persistent Gerald Mace. John meets with Ann to tell her that Erik and Imogen are having an affair, but she thinks he's Culley's replacement. Erik discovers his boat has been padlocked by the harbormaster for violations. Mace catches up with Nestor on a carnival merry go round. Death arrive in Agios Nikolaos.
