Santiago tries to clarify the question of Hervás' harassment to Cristina, but their versions of the event are very different; Santiago finally gets Hervás' confession. Ana and Javier have different opinions about the case of a patient whose daughter doesn't want them to reveal her diagnosis. Ana is influenced by her personal experience with her boyfriend Rubén and feels depressed after his death; Mario tries to encourage her. Nobody prioritizes a hypochondriac who is a frequent hospital visitor; Teresa finally sees to him, but hours later he has a heart attack and dies. Vilches has a pregnant patient whose baby must save her other son, who has cancer. She has had an accident and must be operated on urgently, but she wants to wait for her son's doctor, which puts her life in danger. After advertising for a dance partner, Elisa receives so many calls that she regrets the ad. Andrea's father's disease has caused a rift between her and Vilches and they decide to break up; her father remains the pediatrician time to go to courses and write articles, so Javier takes advantage of their fight for a seat of titular doctor in the hospital.
