The spinning starts and each contestant must unlock restraints at the seatbelt and steering wheel level, grab a flag from the back seat and swim with it to a buoy. Next was the eating of special 'sushi' dishes containing rice, maggots, rotten squid guts, red worms, super worms, earth worms, tarantulas, stink bugs, beetles, rotten fish guts, squid ink, and giant Madagascar hissing cockroaches. The final stunt was to walk out a six inch wide beam in the air and place flags as they go. A wall will continue to move over the beam and eventually push the contestant off the beam.
