He encourages her to try on the ring, even if she is not ready to give him an answer to his proposal just yet. After enjoying a passionate dance, Brooke stuns James by saying "Yes" because he has touched her soul like no man before. Anthony is alarmed because C.J. begins to call him "Dad". Anthony reminds Sally that he is not the boy's father which prompts her to retort that he is more of a father to her son than Clarke Garrison has been in years. Kevin and Keith visit their former co-workers Sly and Rhonda at Bikini Bar. Meanwhile, Connor convinces Macy to stop being sad for herself and instead to go out with him for the evening. At the bar, everyone is happy to see Macy. Upon encouragement from Kevin, Macy eventually takes the stage to sing the classic song "You've Got a Friend".
