Markus also has to fill in for the sick manager, whose able reception clerk Charles has worrisome love trouble with his fiancée, the female secretary Esmeralda. German engineer Matthias Rühmkorf checks in with his charming pre-teen son Joshi, who hasn't spoken since ma left them seasons ago.
