The solution comes when country western singer Jessie Lee Harris returns to Baywatch for a recording session and offers his help to Carmen, Logan, C.J. and Cody by performing at a benefit concert. Meanwhile, Mitch goes on a vacation to Baja, Mexico with his new girlfriend, Shelby, where they land in danger after they witness a murder by a man who pushes his wife off their yacht.
