She has never seen the city and longs for a chance to view the "Great White Way." One day she reads in the newspaper of an opportunity for a young girl to go on the stage, so decides to leave Jim and the country life and go to the city. In the city she meets a fine looking chap at the booking agency, who is extremely kind to her. One night he persuades her to accompany him to a café. Then comes the awakening.
