Man O' War was winning a lot of horse races, Johnny Weissmuller a lot of swimming races, and 'The Galloping Ghost,", Harold 'Red' Grange, was crossing the goal-line with a football several lengths ahead of the always-slow players from Michigan and Ohio State.
