Paul is obliging and is soon on very friendly terms with the baby. However, the train resumes its journey before the baby's mother can get back on board. Paul doesn't know what to do with the baby and the mother doesn't know what to do without it. That night Paul has all sorts of trouble in the sleeper where the baby refuses to sleep. With the baby in his arms, he gets off at his station and goes to the ranch, where he comes in for an unmerciful guying. Fortunately for Paul the baby's mother, in tears, reaches her destination which happens to be the ranch on which Paul is working. Written by
