Unnikuttan a Post graduate in Philosophy is after a clerical job in Govt. Service for 5 years. He is teaching in a parallel college for his pocket money. Two of his friends get employed after several months of waiting. Rahim is taken to gulf by his elder brother while Rajan is recruited for a State Govt. Job under reservation. Unnikuttan,s Gandhian father, a freedom fighter and his mother Savithri Amma, an asthma patient are eager to see him employed. But all his efforts to get in to a Govt.
