Chuck Watson, his thieving confederate, frames Texas cowboy King Calhoun on a cattle-rustling charge. King is given a chance to prove his innocence by leading the sheriff to Pierre Jacque and Chuck. Meanwhile, the Northwest Mounted Police and the Mexican Rurales have also learned of the outlaws' whereabouts.
