The girl is a collector of bottles. At first he repulses her, but gradually she wins him over and they share life in the junkyard. Their existence is shared by a young boy fleeing from an alcoholic aunt. The titular wheel is an old bicycle wheel that the young man finds and pins to his shack. It's also the cycle of love as the movie's theme song informs us. See less
