    You may have seen or heard Frank K. Wheaton on "60 Minutes II," "The Today Show," "Good Morning, America," CNN, or another major network program as the former and exclusive representative of Mrs. Essie Mae Washington Williams, the African American daughter of the late Senator James Strom Thurmond. This fascinating news revelation of 2003 and 2004 sent shock waves around the globe and allowed Mr. Wheaton to successfully negotiate what would become a New York Times Best Seller in the Harper-Collins publication entitled, "Dear Senator:  A Memoir by The Daughter of Strom Thurmond. It was written by five-time best selling author, William Stadiem.

    The gifts and blessings of Attorney Frank K. Wheaton consist of component parts of the American dream. Born in Los Angeles and raised in the fertile, athletic rich city of Compton, California, Mr. Wheaton excelled in academics and athletics and subsequently received a scholarship for both disciplines to Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. There, Mr. Wheaton studied astronomy. After a tragic automobile accident, Mr. Wheaton transferred and graduated from California State University at Northridge majoring in radio, television and film.

    Shortly thereafter, Mr. Wheaton became a professional broadcaster for WHUR-FM and NBC's triumvirate of radio and television stations in Washington,DC, WRC-TV, WRC-AM and WKYS-FM. After a five-year stint in the nation's capital, Mr. Wheaton moved to New York City and excelled as one of the most
    accomplished commercial actors in the history of American television performing in over 300 national commercials. Later, Mr. Wheaton would use commercial residuals and revenues generated from episodic television appearances to support himself through law school. In 1986, Mr. Wheaton
    received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law where he eventually served as an adjunct professor at the law school for nearly a dozen years. The State Bar of Indiana, United States District Courts of the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the
    United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit currently license Mr. Wheaton.

    As a television producer, Mr. Wheaton created and developed several sports and entertainment specials including, "The First Michael Jordan Celebrity Golf Classic," "World's Fastest Athlete," for ABC's Wide World of Sports and "Sports Greats: One on One with David Hartman" for ESPN. Mr. Wheaton also worked as the television spokesperson for one of the major municipalities in the greater Los Angeles metropolitan communities often appearing on CBS, NBC, ABC and CNN as a reporter and commentator. Over the past twenty years, Mr. Wheaton has personally represented some of the most
    spectacular names in sports and entertainment including Milton Berle, James Worthy, John Stockton, Carl Anderson, Marla Gibbs, Bob Beamon, Al and Florence Griffith Joyner, Rick Barry, Bernie Bickerstaff, Dennis Conner, Norman Connors, Jean Carne, Kashif, and Will Wheaton. Mr. Wheaton served as Executive Consultant for two recently released movies, "The Greatest Song," and "The Walk," through Image Entertainment and Universal Pictures respectively.

    Mr. Wheaton shares an ownership interest in the developing Veteran's Broadcasting Company and currently serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He is also the former Chief Financial Officer in Direct Selling Live. Mr. Wheaton maintains a private law practice in Indianapolis and often consults and serves as an Of Counsel member to southern California law firms.
