    Oversees daily production activities, effectively managing the production
    process with unique and effective strategies. High level aptitude and
    understanding of the television production and post production process

    Managed the production of 100 episodes of a ½ hour sitcom.
    Successfully managed an extremely tight production schedule and budget
    including prepping, shooting and wrapping three to four 30 minute

    Sole Operations and Production Executive overseeing all aspects of studio
    management and production, post-production work flow and acquisition. 

    Served in an Executive in Charge of Production capacity for 250
    episodes of ½ hour, multi-camera sitcoms (House of Payne and Meet The
    Managed the Studio operational budget, analyzing and reviewing
    Created and implemented a successful post-production work-flow
    resulting in the on time delivery of over 200 episodes half-hour
    television across multiple distribution outlets.
    Managed the construction of a 30 acre, 200,000 square foot production
    studio.  Studio includes 4 soundstages, a 400 seat theater and

    Identified and hired architects, contractors and engineers during the
    one year planning and building process while developing an effective
    working relationship with City of Atlanta officials.
    Researched and directed production and post-production equipment
    acquisitions, resulting in a fluid workflow using appropriate
    technology components.  Also networked and brainstormed directly with
    post and production equipment manufacture to develop advanced workflow
    Created and managed post-production budgets while recruiting and
    managing all post-production employees.
    Designed and maintained an intellectual property database and storage
    system allowing the company to effectively manage thousands of
    individual assets.

    production management, human resources, Information Technology and
