  • * amanda plummer is a canadian and has u.s. citizenship . her first languages are french and english . She made her highly acclaimed film debut [ pauline kael"s review in new yorker magazine, june 15, 1981] as annie in the western "cattle annie and little britches" with burt lancaster, diane lane and rod steiger. since then she has appeared in a wide variety of theatre and film up to the present.
    in 2013 she appeared off-broadway as claire opposite brad dourif as felice in one of her favorite plays, 'The Two Character Play" by tennesse williams to critical acclaim from the new york times[ ben brantley], and directed by gene david kirk.
